Refund Policy:
The Equestrian Corner will accept returns of unused merchandise if received within 14 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn with manufacturers' tags attached including original receipt of purchase. Personalized items are not returnable.  Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned packages. Once we receive the returned items, you will be issued a refund less shipping charges. It is mandatory that the customer use proper packaging and purchase the necessary insurance of all items being returned, The Equestrian Corner reserves the right to use our discretion and fully inspect to determine  whether or not the item(s) are in condition for resale.  If they are non-resellable we will be unable to issue a refund. All sale items or closeout items are considered final sales and are not refundable.

If you need to return a saddle, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please call our toll free customer service number (239) 594-1115 for a return authorization number. This RA number is required for all saddle returns. The return authorization number should be placed on both the inside and the outside of the box. Items returned to us without the necessary return authorization number will be returned to the customer. There will be a $45.00 restocking fee on all returned saddles.

When Will Your Order Ship:
Your order will ship with-in 24 to 48 business hours once your order has been submitted. Next Day Air packages will arrive by the end of day on the first business day following your order, 2nd Day Air packages will arrive the second complete business day following your order.  Packages will be delivered Monday through Friday.  Some locations do offer Saturday delivery. Please call (239) 594-1115 to see if you are eligible for Saturday delivery. You can expect your ground delivery shipment to arrive with-in 4 -10 days of purchase
